The owners, Tom & Linda Detore, have been in the home inspection business serving the needs of home buyers, home sellers, attorneys, and realtors for over 30 years. They successfully owned and operated an AMERISPEC Home Inspection franchise for 25 years and currently own and operate Tom Detore Home Inspections. As a company they have conducted over 25,000 inspections – with Tom personally completing 20,000 of them.
Tom is a licensed New Jersey Home Inspector, a Licensed New Jersey Radon Measurement Technician, a Licensed New Jersey Commercial Pesticide applicator, and a Certified Mold inspector.
Tom and Linda have resided in Manalapan, New Jersey for 34 years. They have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
